does any body know the ice conditions on lake emerald, i was woundering becuase i am coming home from college next weekend and was thinking about fishing it?

 I HAVE NEVER ICE FISHED EMERALD BUT HAVE HEARD THAT ITS GOOD PIKE WATER.
 i KNOW YOU CANT EVEN USE AN ELECTRIC TROLLING MOTOR THERE.
 CAN YOU USE A POWER AUGER?
 WHAT DO YOU CATCH THERE?

It's a tiny 28 acre lake and it's pretty slow pike fishing.  Some good pike and perch in there.  It can be crowded at times.  I don't think it's open for bass.
