Accessing Lake Carmi

Hey everyone, My friend and I are just getting into ice fishing - now that our boys are grown (ish) - anyway - thinking of trying Lake Carmi one weekend. I've fished there in a boat -
Not looking for GPS markings or hot spots - that's on us - but can you tell me where I access the ice please. My assumption is two places:
The Boat landing on what, the North end, and maybe from state park on south end? This accurate? Anyplace else?

You would be correct with all three of those. The south end through the park may not be plowed out though. I think the rest of the shoreline is private but I could be wrong on that. Good luck stay safe.
