Is Seymour iced over?  I heard that Willoughby was still open but I was hoping there is somewhere I can chase the cusk this weekend.

Can’t help you with Seymour but drove by Willoughby in my travels today and it is open.

Not sure how much ice there is, but I know people have been fishing there for a couple weeks now.
