Anyone fished around Sandbar lately? Temps and weather is getting sketchy later next week. Thanks for any info.

Drove by this morning on my way to fish north of there and it was a ghost town.

I went across the bridge around noon and there was about 20 guys fishing the south side and lots of guys to the north and east of the Sandbar but not many fishing close. I think they park in the lot and drive their wheelers 1-2 miles north.

I crossed the bridge yesterday and there were guys fishing on both sides. The edges looked sketchy!

K. Thanks I will probably give it a go tomorrow. The edges don’t worry me there with it being so shallow. Worse case I’ll wear my duck waders. If I go through it will only be in 3 feet of water at the most.
