I came up with this many years ago...great along with BBQ'd ribs or just about anything off the grill on those hot Summer days.Reb's 'Cukes 'n Sauce1 very large cucumber, peeled and sliced very thin1 medium purple onion, sliced thin1/2 cup Miracle Whip (not the Lite)1 cup of sour cream1 1/2 Tbsp sugar1/4 tsp Dill weed1/4 tsp Onion powder/8 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt7 Tbsp white vinegar (1/4 cup +3 Tbsp)Mix all ingredients except cucumbers and onions slowly in a large bowl until smooth. Take the thin sliced onions and cut "rings" into quarters. Slowly fold 'cukes and onions into sauce. Refrigerate at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy!Serves 2-3

Oh that sounds good Reb......Got to give that one to my wife....
How 'bout a cool select vino to go with it.
GAG !!! I was thinkin' more along the line of a nice Chablis or Cabernet Savignon . And a nice piece of cow.
I'd be happy to do the grillin'. But, around here, "cow" can mean two different species.
Wow, you got the board all lit up with that recipe Reb!! Sounds great, can't wait to try it out...thanks for sharing buddy!
