I was wondering how do you set up rattle reels. Line?

We usually use em for walleye, load it up with dacron line, then add a 6 foot leader of 6-8 lb flouro. Thin slip bobber, use two string type bobber stops, one for the bobber, one to mark the bottom so you can easily tell how high you're fishing. Nothing to get your attention when it's slow like a rattle reel bell suddenly chiming off.

I use sinking fly line, then I tie on a double barrel swivel and then 6'-7' mono 8# test. I like the fly line because it will not tangle in the fish house. :)
