Bad move son
Well good luck to you and I hope you have a long and happy life together....as for myself...my first marriage SUCKED!!!! My ex wife pi$$ed and moaned every time I fished, hunted, or did anything with my friends, but if we were with her family well then everything was OK. The SWEETHEART of a woman that I'm so fortunately blessed to be married to now HUNTS and FISHES and she goes as far as saying....You need to spend today with your friends...I'll just stay home or go visit my sister...etc. etc. and not only that..she goes hunting or fishing on her own if for some reason I can't be there and she wants to go. There has been more than one season that she's the one bringing home the venison and not me!!!! Not trying to brag, just hope things work out for you and if not.....be MUCH more selective the next time around....WK
Give your son a fish, and he will eat for a day.....teach your son to fish and eventually he'll end up kicking your @ss every time you fish together!!!

Congrats, I got married myself in August, and my wife, while not a fisherwoman, agreed with Alaska as the honeymoon location, and let me spend a day Salmon fishing without her while we were up there.

The other day, i forgot my food when i went up to Buel to fish, it's about an hour and a half from my place, she found the cooler in the kitchen and drove it up to me, so i wouldn't go hungry.

There are definitly some keepers out there, hope yours is as good as mine

The key is to get them drunk the night before you go fishing that way you are out at sun up and can get a good 6-7hours of fishing in and still be able to get back before she wakes up.....YIPES!

This is option number 2. Wake her up at 4 o'clock in the morning ask her, we are eithier having sex or I am going fishing. She will most likely say, you better dress warm its going to be cold. Works everytime.

My wife would tell me ok to the sex, then try to make me late for fishing. That woman will never get it. So now I have to make a plan. Sex the night before then sneak out at 4am. I love my wife.
