Had a great time on Boysen. Walleye fishing was good. Kept a few that were pulled from deep water. Released quite a few more. Ethyn got one that was almost 7#. Made his day. We looked for the perch but no luck. The wind on sunday night had me thinking it was gonna blow my shack over.. HOLY $%!&...!!!! My Zack Shack rocks!!!Met Minnowguy and WYeyes on the hard water which was a pleasure. Never made it to Olefish winter residence, sorry, got busy catching fish. Cant wait till next year..

Thanks for the great fishing report. It's always a great time when you get to take your son on the ice. I'm a little envious of your shack. That thing is sweet.

Glad you and the son did better than I did. Down with the crud I only fished about 4 hours and never had a hit, but did not give it my best effort.

Did you guys pick up anything in that area you went to after I talked with you ?

great walleyes-went to Glendo instead and only caught 1 keeper walleye in 3 days

Wyoming ice: My 660 handles it pretty well. Not sure how she gonna tow in the deep snow. I have a set o skis for it and plan on chaining all 4 tires. did'nt have enough traction in the bare ice. I also put a lock on my rear suspension which helps from sagg'n the rear to much.

WYeyes: Never marked a fish there. Got up early after one crazy wind storm and moved to another spot and caught some walleye shallow.

Well minnowguy.

I think that would be as good of a spot as any. We did pretty good there. Also did well in shallower water.

Very nice! I haven't been to Boysen in a couple years I'd love to make it down again. Maybe next time you're looking for someone to meet you there I'll be able to make it. It'd be nice to fish with someone that knows the lake and it looks like you know it pretty well! Nice work, good fishin.

lol..I've only ever been there three times..I dont know that lake at all. $:-\$ This trip was a combination of a little luck, insight, and alot of moving around. We were looking for some perch and just happened to keep drill'n holes over the wally's. Its a good thing.
