i'm not  sure  but bass pro shop serviced mine when I  first got it and  has  serviced  my  mercury 3.5 twice  cleaning the carb and really did a great job both times  no complaints

Jeff at FISH 307 fixed a problem with my Strikemaster Electric a few years back...
