Anyone been on Glen Lake in Glens Falls lately?  Thinking of heading there Saturday.  Not sure if the weather will make it possible.   Thanks.

Was there on the 19th. At least 8 inches of ice. Fished from the inlet up to the island.

Ditto.  Just watch out for area where dock bubblers or ice eaters have opened up the shoreline. Once out on lake you are fine.

how is the ice fishing on Glen? I used to fish there a lot in open water and always got some nice bass and huge pickerel, but wondered if the trout showed up more in the winter there.

Glen Lake is frozen 6 to 8 inches...best place to enter is the boat launch ramp at Docksider..avoid the shoreline behind Docksider where there is open water
