Put a whole bottle on my strikers this year, about 4 good layers. Better than new. Let dry in a well ventilated area don't wanna be doing it inside a living space.

Never use regular detergent on water proof clothing. Tech wash by nikwax only

ok I could not find any other product locally besides camp dry .....yes it smells yes apply it out side and allow your suit to dry in the garage!!!! ....as far as washing I fish almost every day my suit gets dirty it gets washed ...problem is the only washing instructions  say safe for normal laundry .... it is what it is at this point ,getting time for a new suit and this time I WILL NOT BE BUYING ICEARMOR .....I let people know do not throw your money away on this product ,it does not perform as they say the suits are not as warm  not as dry and for the cost they do not float .....thanks  for all the suggestions guys

Ice armor sucks. It will last a lot longer if you use the tech wash. It doesn't wash the water repellant of it washes more in and.and cleans at the same time. And the sell wash in water repellant. I use it on my rain gear all the time. Little pricey. But works great. Dicks should carry it along with eastern mountain sports.
All your winter gear will last a lot longer. I try not to look so pretty and keep dirty long as possible. The more you wash the more your gear gets beat up.

Same here. I have about 3 open water rain suits and 3 gortex winter suits as well. Bought  a heavy winter long eastern mountain gortex coat in 2001 and it still out performs any coat you can buy. They don't me them like they used to. Fish about 250 + days a year rain or shine befor and after work. Good luck

I use camp dry on my boat cover, and will go over it again before the April showers begin.  Think I will treat the HUB also before putting it way.

I've got the same problem Trap.
I spray my bibs down with camp dry each time I wash now. I started doing it this year and my knees stayed dry for a darn change.
I have to wash mine each time a sewer trout touches my suit or it's all I can smell.
I am getting some staining from the spray, but it's a trade off for dry legs at the end of a sloppy day.
The angle of the dangle is directly proportionate to the heat of the beat.

I use that stuff, with some pretty good results.  My first experience with it was on my fabric-covered ultralight aircraft wings.
