That's a nice fish. What where the specs? Inches? My biggest was 25" 7lb 12oz during summer

being a tournament bass angler, I don't measure my fish when they are that big. I just weight em! only time I measure a bass is if im nto sure its 12". it weighed 8lbs on a rapala scale.

Same here. I never measure them besides my 10lber. The scale doesn't lie and can be a heart breaker so I go straight to that. Are you in a club? I can't remember if you told me if you were or not. I'm not in a club. I strictly do open tournaments.

I do both....my main club the past 5 years has been schenecatady elite...I do a lot of the greenbush opens. I think this year im gonna try my luck as a co-angler in the BFL on Oneida and/or champlain

Is anyone willing to give a general area of the lake where you guys are slamming these hog bass or any pike/muskie? FOW? Anything would appreciated greatly but I also understand that you don't want to give away a hot hole, a few friends and my self want to give round lake a shot for the first time and would love to put some fatties on the ice. Thanks and happy fishing to all!

theres no one spot on round. its small and basically a "bowl" shallow and weed u on edges around entire lake and deep n the middle. I personally slam the bass everywhere on the lake

Middle of the lake there is a milfoil bed out in 25' of water. Find that, you will find the only tiger Muskie left in the lake

Was out on Round lake today in 25' of water give or take, was a very slow day, only got 2 decent sized crappie with over 20 tip ups out. Apparently we had the hot spot though, talked to some other people on the lake who weren't catching anything. Walking out on the lake was pretty easy for the most part, some spots where you break through the snow into the slush but I am sure the sun had something to do with that as well!

lol. im only going there for the cheap bait. im going up to Lincoln this weekend. ssmokin, u see that 31lb 50 inch pike taken out of sacandaga? guy weighed in a 22lb 47 incher in a tourney and then got beat. lol
