Folks have been on the lake since just after Christmas.  More than 5 inches on it now.  The race tracks are set up as well, so there have been machines on the ice already.  Not sure I'd put mine on there, if I had one, but other people have.  Enjoy.

Marked 10 inches of ice on Tuesday the 13th. fished for three hours without a flag.

I've been wanting to come try to catch a pike there.  Is there ever any action on the jigging pole for perch or other pannies
The world is more then 2/3 water and less then 1/3 land there fore God wanted us all to spend twice as much time fishing as we spend on the lawn.

I went there yesterday for an hour because i got out early. it was so cold i only put in 2 flags and jigged a little. saw nothing on the camera before it died, nothing jigging, and one flag which ended up with a small  perch i lost just before pulling it out because it was too small to fit the minnow in it's mouth. i went once last year too becase i live a mile away. jigged for half a day, with a flasher, marked very few fish and caught like 5 small perch i think and some stupid bluegills. don't waste ur time there. i don't pike though so can't help with that

Round Lake Reports and Conditions Board, quite a bit of up-dated info.
