Dollar short and a day late....

Story of my life.  I have a love hate for craigslist.   I've been looking for a flip over since last season at the right price.   Well I found it,emailed the guy and he says sorry just sold it :'( 
Dag gone thing wasn't even listed for 24hrs!   Looked like a really nice Fabrill 2 man for $150.
Just had to vent.   Hope the fella that bought it uses in and not just put it the shed.
Back to the hunt.

I feel your pain & frustration 52Cummins.

It's sorta like watching for a contest, here on Iceshanty where only the 1st 50 replies are in it.

Just a quick trip to the outhouse and you just missed it.

I've been wanting to get a Shappell FX50 Wind Break for 3 years now. I finally got one off The Exploiter about 30 minutes after a guy posted it. I sent him money threw PayPal and my Daughter is picking it up in Aurora. I wont get it until I drive to Denver someday. But I got it for $60 instead of $150 Plus for a new one.
Yeah you got to be fast to get things. I once got a Polaris Trail Blazer for the wife in very good shape for $500. There were a ton of guy's pissed off I got there first and committed to buying it before them. One guy even called while I was there to get it and said he would pay more then the asking price but the guy selling it was a stand up guy and said it was already sold. That was on Craigslist.

Colorado has trolls trolling cl for good deals. Sometimes it's guys like you looking for a good deal but mostly I think it's folks flipping stuff. Isn't crazy how outdoor used stuff costs almost just as much as new? Maybe try the search engine for cl like search tempest and pay shipping?

Not a bad idea on the wanted ad.  Can't hurt.  Just not in the cards to spend 400-500 bones on an shanty.
