Snow! AHHH

Im wondering if that cold night locked up any of the lakes. If so which ones? opefully all the snow on top won't insulate them too much. That could get really dangerous. Also with the new bait regs, what are everyones plans for bait this year. What are you going to use, and for what species of fish? This just sounds like a big pain in the a$$ to me.
