Title: The Gut
Post by: 802spinnerbait on Jan 06, 2016, 07:58 AM
Is it possible this is frozen yet?  Anyone drove through the islands recently?

I heard today someone was headed there today...  really?

100ft deep water I guess I'd be a little more cautious trying that out I have heard of a few coves with 3" but that's pushing it for me!

My son and I fished the Gut in our canoe a little over a week ago!  No clue if there is ice on it yet, but I have a buddy who lives 5mins from there.  I'll check with him later this week.  He did say that the ice had caught on the south side of Sandbar, Dillenbeck and Birdland, as of this past Sunday .... before it got cold.
