Jiffy Model 30 Carb kit

I installed a carb kit in my model 30 because the diaphragm had a tear in it.  Now I have gas leaking everywhere, even when it's not running.  I have checked the obvious possibilities--gas lines and proper carb fit-up.  Is there anything else that I should look for?
