Title: Good place to take kids pike fishing?

Looking for a good place to take a kid pike fishing with tip ups where you can catch a bunch of pike and throw them back just to keep running around for flags

I'm surprised you asked being from Plattsburg.  I'd try Champlain first then maybe Chazy Lake.

Well I used to have access to a pond that was pretty good for what I'm looking for but it's posted now

Ah that seems to happen.  First place I'd try is Kings Bay up on your side.  Then I'd go try to figure Chazy out some more.  Your more likely to find action on Champlain with the kids where as Chazy has a better shot at a large pike.

yeah Kings bay is LOADED with pike.   We always caught all we wanted just by going out the chazy river channel from the launch and fishing along the weedline and in the weeds themselves.
