Reports are not good. Someone went through the east pond...it was coned off by the police. I'm gonna wait a week...survival suit or not...it's a cold dip and that water's 10'.

be carefull on eastman ( 2nd from the east ) I was there thur. and there was open water in the middle ,3 1/2" in the first little cove but I didn't go past the point.

Bob, if you go back to my previous post you will see that the Fire Dept. ran an exercise there chopping a big hole in the ice and that is why it's was coned off. Cya....

Try fishing Durand with a worm. i have had great success being as simplistic as that.
