was wondering where whould be a good spot to go to get a few walleye and perch. i am from out of state want to take a trip any advise would be great. thanks

French Lake near Faribault is only lake in southern MN that is managed for walleye, access is from boat launch on southeast part of lake. Mississippi River can have good walleye fishing, suggest Lake Pepin or backwaters south of Lake Pepin.

Actually, from Lake City north to Red Wing is the best area for waldos...fished many tornaments through there.
