Does anyone know if there are ling in ruby reservoir and if so how is the fishing for them

I heard it's not doing as well as it usually does. I was told it had something to do with rebuilding the dam or somthing

I had pretty good luck in the middle of December but that was before they really got moving on the damn so could be.
