Brides first ice fish
« on: Mar 10, 2004, 10:27 AM »

This is a photo of my wifes first fish through the ice, 38"13.5lb. She caught it on a tip up we weren't even going to put out, it was in 2FOW, good call on her part. Conesus Lake.

Nice fish for the Bridey...  I wish my ol lady would go out with me..   For some reason she's afraid she's going through even if I tell her that they had a log truck on it.. ??  ahh well, it's more peaceful this way.. ;D

Beginner's luck strikes again.

One of these days I'm going to try Conesus. For years, we've camped at Letchworth and I've never thought about bringing the boat. Next time I may just bring it along and try the lake. Too far for me for a day trip.

Nice Fish!

Its nice to see the women folk enjoying this as much as we do. Sometimes they just don't understand. Nice fish.  :)

Ok I found the picture of her with her biggest walleye to date. Honeoye Lake, 30" 7.5lbs.

I would willingly be outfished if thats what it takes to keep on spending time together, I would put her skills on the ice or in a boat against many men that I have seen out there.

very nice fish. my wife won't go on the ice, but in a boat I will put her skills over more of my buddy's than I dare talk about. when she outfishes me it is something to see. it puts her in a really good mood which is good for me if you catch my drift. from now on I am not going to use any bait. haha.

It's not how deep you fish, but how you wiggle your worm !!!
