good luck john....oh by the way a personal derby ill be at my shack on the pond i would imagine you will be at yours?
for braggin rights lets see who gets the biggest pickerel?? out of the two ponds?
must post the pic by tommorow evening?....deal?

Lake Trout= 5.84 lbs., 263/4 ", sebago.
Pike= 361/2", 14.85 lbs., bellgrade.
pickerel= 251/4", 3.25 lbs., fulson.

Update!!!! Laker up to Jordan's weighed in at, 291/4" and 7.71 lbs. from sebago...
What a great day out side. No wind, blue sky with white puffy clowds, and around 50 degrees.
The hammer is down!

OK 22 inches 1.96 LBS. was my best today . It was in 3rd when I was at the weigh in at 11:00

Also heard from team Maine, up to sebatus. Big catches happening with 2 unconfirmed 17 lb. pike.

After I got home from fishing with bee and MG39 today (

) I rode down to the lake to check in with the gang. Found them in the honey hole and they had good numbers but no real big fish. I had a blast hanging out with the gang. Billditrite was putting on a pike clinic along with smeltslayer, Tiny, cdc and the rest of the Ice Shanty gang . Them boys just plain know how to fish.

Thought Scotty was going to bust a nut lifting that bag of pike....

Team Hoghunta pulled a long shift... Setting up at 6pm Friday night and leaving the ice at 6pm Saturday night. We caught a 30 inch 8 pound pike. Lotsa effort, slooooow day, hopefully we have better luck today.

There is still some room for bigger fish to be weighed. Like to see that on a two day tourney, it's nice heading out knowing you still have a pretty good chance.
