What's your prices for bait ?"
« on: Jan 29, 2019, 12:42 PM »
I generally buy my crawlers ($1.69) and Maggots ($1.99) at Holiday on the NW Bypass in Great Falls but they were out of maggots so I went to I think is Loaf and Jug on Central west. I got one container of crawlers and one of maggots. When I went to pay he said it was $8.50 so I questioned him about it to see if that was right and he said they are $4.25 each. I left them on the counter and walked out. I wonder how many people buy a bunch of stuff with their bait and don't realize that they paid over twice the going rate of most places.

That is problematic when you have beer, bait, and beer.  People don't notice.

Forgot to post price Maggot and worms $2.99 each Town Pump

wish you many hook-ups

Maggots cost me $2.25 and $2.50 at my two vendors...at $4.25, I'd be fishing all day with whatever soft-plastics I owned.

We charge $2 for maggots, grubs, and crawlers here at Roberts Bait and Tackle.
