Deep Creek Lake

Fished Deep Creek this morning till about noon. Hooked something big jigging a Swedish pimple but broke off. That was the only hookup we had. There was about 6" of ice where we were. We did not see anybody else catching either. Rough fishing for us, but got to spent time with my son so it was still a great day.

Don't give up on deepcreek fishing can be tough but if you catch some or the perch and walleye you will be hooked also big bluegill and crappie  take plenty hooks they have a lot of pike and pickerel keep at it good luck

Deep Creek Lake is located in Garrett County, Maryland. I live around Meyersdale and its a 45 min. drive from there.

I also fish deep creek almost every weekend. But please remember that you are on a Pennsylvania thread. You should be posting on the Maryland and west Virginia thread to get more local info.
