Title: Packed Up All My Gear & Shipped It...

...north today.  Every piece of warm clothing I've got, three thermos bottles, my tackle box, and 5 brand new home made tip-ups, among 73 lbs of gear.  My buddy's got the rest of our gear in his attic, up the mountain, so we should be good to go.

Plan to be fishing as early as 05 Feb, probably @ Glendale for starters.  I'll have a month, so I've got the luxury of moving around some.

A Texan came up to me the other day and when I told him I was going to PA ice fishing he asked how long it takes to chop a hole in the ice big enough to get the boat in...

I've seen the guys on the bay of quinte chop 3 or 4 inches to get there boats in
