Rod Repair Near Bangor?
« on: Mar 27, 2021, 01:00 PM »
Hey all - hope you all are safely enjoying what looks like our last few days of ice. I went out on Wednesday and decided to call it a season after getting off the ice and back to the truck got a bit tricky. I started transitioning my gear over to open water and noticed that somehow some of the guides on one of my rods got bent up over the winter. Does anybody know of someone who does rod repair in the greater Bangor area? I'd be willing to travel a little bit but anything over an hour and I would probably just run it down to Saco Bay tackle the next time I'm down that way visiting family. Thank you!

Check with Gayland Hachey of Veazie. He builds and repairs them sometimes.
