I Hope some of you were able to get out today, what a nice day to be on the ice! Today was certainly one of my better days for quality bass. I lost count after the first dozen. Burned through 2+ dozen shiners and one BIG sucker. Best of the day was 6½, 5½, 4½, 4.0, 3¾, the rest were between 1½ & 3lbs. Some decent pickerel too (best one in photos) Saw the remains of a snow angel, looked cool after the rain. Unfortunately no good sunset shots, but a cool Moonrise shot. The Ice held the water on top, all day long 👍 no honey combing yet. I did notice the ice was really thinning out though towards the middle of the pond! Too thin for me on a warm day, 4" or so! More like 6" where I set up. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE! Had a nice late day visit from Wally & Nolan, thanks again for the java 👍👍 Hope to see y'all on the ice, take care and be safe.

Now that's a great day. Those bass were hungry today for sure. Got to love when the bass bite is on.

if you look closely, you can see a slight sunset behind one of the bass :-)

Wow, nice fish. I was there Monday, pretty slow day but managed a few 2 lb. bass. You can see my shoveled tracks in the background

Sorry but what the heck are you talking about? The only thing that makes sense is "2 skinny guys holding dunks cups . the rest is kind of out there :-)

it was definitely a great angel, outlasted the warm rain too :-)

those were the deepest water channels on the ice, smooth but deeper water. The skating area was a pond on a pond :-)

I know your trying to get the pig pike, I also know you will get it too! Giant bait is perfect for this place :-) 10" sucker =6½ lb bass :-)
