Mike just got back from Sally Mountain....they caught a lot of salmon....but only 2 splake!

nope 4 guys from mass vs my buddy Brian.....Brian knocked 2 of them out...he hit the 3rd guy in the face with a beer mug....then the cops showed up!  he has a couple bruises, but he got the best of them....2 bad they weren't from NY

too bad that crap happens on a friendly fishing trip though

true!  They got some nice salmon on the first day....but the second day was much slower.  We went up last year at this time and it was pretty slow as well

I fished up on spencer opening day and it was sort of slow, we caught two salmon and a tougue. The monday after we fished bigwood and caught 5 splake, 2 brookies and a salmon. Everyone I talked to up their said it was slow. It was way different from last year when me and 5 others limited out and released some fish in 4 hours.

I'm up there every weekend usually so maybe I'll catch you next weekend. I'll prolly be on Moosehead saturday and bigwood sunday.

no freakin way bluefin my brother in law and i was up there sleddin one week-end  and well ended up at that bar on the left just as you enter town

same thing three guys from mass, show up and the next thing i know we were rearranging the place

lookin back was kinda funny how the locals saw it coming and just stood up with there drinks and backed up against the wall

sounds like the blood was deep how deep was the snow. a couple of guys that i work with stay at sallys last weekend he said that he caught one of the big brookies 18 inches well i think that i will stay out of that bar for now  thanks
