Anyone know the ice condition at timber bay, wonder if the Indians will be blocking fisher people access ?

The First Nation (proper term) residents are allowing people in. They are having people sign in and sign out for contact tracing purposes and are taking temperatures.

Last week they weren't allowing people into the town site so no access there but they would escort trucks to the beach and access there. Bittern is locked down completely.

Are there other areas to access it? I have never fished it and not really planning to...just curious more than anything. It is a monster of a lake when driving by. Are there only certain areas people generally fish or is the whole lake pretty good?

there is access at the north end by weyakwin and molanosa and a few other goat trails, haven't heard if there is security there or not. folks generally fish from the school, beach and timber bay.
