Works fine most of the time but once in a while it will pull out two clicks then jam, which really does not feel good on the cold hands. Once it jams I need to yank on the cord and jimmy it around to get it to wind back in. Do I need a new one, or is it possible there is some sort of foreign body rattling around in there? Anyone else ever run into this issue?
