Deweese or San Isabel Conditions

Anyone been to either this year haven't been out yet and was hoping to get some tips?

went to san isabel twice. ice is easily 13 inches. fish were biting pretty good all day long!

I went to Deweese on Sunday and it was super slow for me. Plenty of lookers but not much interest in anything we showed them. I dunno what it was but they were definitely switched off. I'll be giving San Isabel a shot on this coming Sunday so I can let you know on it after then.

Yo Dog-Duster, you ever ice Gross Reservoir? I used to live in Arvada years ago and fished the heck out of the creek that runs out of it. Almost all private property however. I'm not even sure you can ice fish that lake.

jbullfish, I haven't iced Gross reservoir or any metro lakes. Seems like I've heard of people icing it though.

You can ice fish gross, but that ice is scary. Use your spud bar and be careful if you go
