Crappie in Manning Lake?

Noticed on the F&G website that it states BC in Manning Lake, Gilmanton NH. Question for those out there that have fished this lake... are they really in there or is it a few and far between type species?

I have never seen heard or caught any out of there.

I appreciate the input everyone. I've fished there a few times and have never caught any either. I've caught trout but that's about it!

Crappie were confirmed present back in 2005 by one of our fisheries biologists during a fishing expedition there.  The population may just be too small to see them on a regular basis.
