Anyone else deep frying turkey today?

Busted out the fryer for a turkey fry Christmas! Creole turkey  :thumbsup: :clap: :bow:

Pics to follow... Sitting at 375 degrees right now and just a bubbling goodness with a cold beverage in hand! A Merry Christmas to all IS cooks!

Our deep fryer sprung a leak while cooking the Thanksgiving bird. :( We threw a pot under and got the bird cooked, but will be needing a new pot.  :tipup:
