Here's some pictures from Magog near the Twin Islands. These pictures were taken some 20 years ago so the quality isn't that great.

Great to see the tilts!  Used to fish them with my Dad in the late 70's on Champlain

Those are some nice old pics.  The first time  had ever seen those tilts used was out by Strawberry Acres over 20 years ago.  Those guys made a circle with them and hung in the middle.

Unfortunately this is a great reason why many people won't post pictures- Why would we just assume because there were more than 25 fish on the ice there weren't more people there??

Why would you even say I'm just jealous Scrambler?
I've catch my share of crappies, no jealousy here at all. My target species is perch, crappies are not a fish I like as much as perch.
Most of the crappie I catch go back, same for bass...
His post gives the impression that only one angler caught them.

Folks,
Sorry for my poor choice in beverage as a size reference. Even though I love my beer (and "brown stuff"); I rarely drink when fishing. I know, I'm kinda weird when it comes to that; but I need to keep my wits about me so I don't miscount my Crappie.

for the record, pepsi is a very good choice...I just like the way Maker's seals the bottle with wax, never touch the stuff anymore.
