Title: Are Arctic Armour Jackets noisy?
Post by: fishassassin on Jan 12, 2011, 04:01 PM
I was wondering if the material used to make AA is noisy?  Also, is it stiff or soft?  Or does it get flexible the more you wear it?

Mine is a few weeks old.
It is not excessively noisy....I wouldnt wear it hunting, but it doesn't bug me.
It is a little stiff, due to the built in buoyancy I think, but is super warm and comfy.
I have the green and black "plus" suit.

The Camo AA is the quiet stuff for hunting.

the camo is a lot softer and quiter than the green/black
the gloves are stiff and noisy

Not noisey by my estimation. I have had mine for 4 years and it has "softened" up a bit in that time.
