Bigfish I was there Monday and Tuesday and I had no issues. I kept it in 4 low and went no fast than 3mph on the way down and no issues on the way back up...

Fished MDB today, 15" ice, dragging was awful over the 20 ft distance from my truck.

Decent sized perch DO exist on LG!  Just gotta sift through 100+ to get a few.

Fished Rogers Rock, had a blast. Hooked into the biggest laker I've ever personally seen. Spooled me for starters, finally got him to the hole after a good 45 min fight but snapped line trying to gaff it. 8 inch hole and this monsters head just fit! I'm so pissed I didn't land it. I will Def be back there again! There's was a good 6-7 inch from shore, to 5 inch being thinest.  Windy as a mofo. Snagged a 24inch that I'm not even slightly excited about after losing the beast!

I put a 30 on the ice yesterday. This fish was long but not fat like most big lakers. Put up a hell of a fight.

Thanks Mike!  They do pop up from time to time!  A lot of nice healthy fish so far this year.  1 shorty is all.

whats up guys. planning a trip with the wife to lake george so she can do some shopping. i would love to find a cabin on the lake so maybe i can do some fishing for those lakers i hear about. i have never fished lake george so any insight would be greatly appreciated
