Just came off of mdb.The lakers were there but would not go seen 2 iced all morn.The ice is going to crap honey combing on top and holes from yesterday are twice the size they should be.It better get cold quick.Bettyer be carful in the am.Shore line getting broke up. :(

I've always had the best luck in the deepest parts of the lake when you can get there. otherwise I've caught them just about any place you can think of in water from 20' to 120' always in the main body of the lake though. Not that they can't be found in the bays, just haven't personally had the greatest luck there. pay attention to where the bait is if you have a flasher. the lakers won't be far from there. If it's clear ice and the sun is out I always find 'em on the bottom. If there is snow ice or overcast they will suspend more. good luck.

Skinniest 40 inch pike i ever saw, I got one 38 1/2 that weighed 18 lbs.......Barebow.

Shore was rough but passable.   Got 2 lakers today just tuff getting them to bite.   Lost 3 or so and had many chasers     My 8 inch holes from yesterday were more like 10-12 today and some of the pressure cracks are split good.

Where you out by Paulist father.I got in to 50 and started.Saw many more fish then the other day.Didn't want to come off the bottom.Ihope the ice holds up for us. :(

.      My wife brought in this one early this morning .... Dead sucker in 38 feet of water .... Her personal best of. 24 inches ... We did get some pretty cool video too !!! Was a good day !!!

haha combsey! im counting my fish by 1. ive only got 3 lakers so far. I just don't like this wet melting ice. im a big boy so I don't play on this kinda ice. my brother got 2 yesterday tho and david got skunked.
