How do i create my team ice shanty profile w/weather

I notice some cool profiles with team --------- and their local weather included.
How do i create this? ???

you steal the one you want, right click on it ,click properties. copy the url adress. go to your profile and paste it in you signature,useing the image tags.

 if you had the skills to create on you woldnt have to ask the queston, so go the easy route

just trying to tell you how to get one in you sig.
 if you want to learn how to do it im not sure but i think you need to take a
graphic arts computer class, not positive

it looks like the weather sticker comes from this link
