what are the best way to clean and cook these fish

i have never caught these fish and i am looking to get some when i go lotw so any help would be greatly app.

fillet them out . Then cut the fillets in small bite sizes ,soak in Italian  dressing for few hour  wrap  with bacon  and cook til bacon starts to crisp up  yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm m

The easiest way to clean them is to peel off the skin like you're cleaning a catfish and then seperate the meat from the fish.
Oh and beer battered with chips is the way to go.  ;D

in a frying pan or oil or what thanks that sounds so good

Cut in bite size chunks and boiled in a 7up and h2o mixture and then dipped in melted butter............bett er than lobster.......yummm-o...

Ditto on that, they are amazing to eat no matter how you cook them but beer battered is definetly my favorit, if you want to experimetn look up recipes on the net for monk fish, they have the same meat texture and taste the same and recipes for them work the same for burbot, if you find one involving coconut milk try it its great...but unfortunalty i lost the recipe or id post it
Theres only 3 seasons..open water, hunting and icefishing!
