State Landing- Moltonborough

Anyone have an ice report off of State Landing in Marlborough Bay? I fished Greens Basin two weeks back and they had plenty of ice. I know State's Landing is close to that so I assume it's fine but hoping someone can confirm before I trek up Sunday. This incoming snow saturday is a real bummer.

How did you end up doing at the basin?

I’ve never had a lot of luck there even with reports of good crappie catches years ago. Finding less and less crappies on the lake, but more rock bass are there

How did you end up doing at the basin?

Tons of Yellows. Three of four Whitey's and a few crappie. Also caught a huge largemouth on a cusk trap with a sucker. It's a cool little spot but it's basically a warm water fishery and there are better places to do that. The big crappie are few and far between now. Too many people limiting out over the years, it's sad.
