Here in Vernon @ 4am it was -4. Making good ice all nite and thru the day today. I was on Black pond in Woodstock yesterday, had 4" of good solid black ice. Not much action, a couple of yellows . . . . . about 10"

It was 1 in Trumbull this morning. We had just under 3" of all black ice on some of the bigger lakes around here yesterday morning. Should be nice and thick for this weekend.
