When I fired up my Sting Ray the other day it would throttle up, but not turn the auger. I had to feather the throttle for a while before it started working properly.
The same thing happened yesterday, but it took longer to work. It was colder yesterday than the other day.
Can moisture get into the transmission and then freeze up, making it hard for the blade to turn?
ALSO, I spoke to customer service and the gal said that the warranty is good for one year, but the website says 2 years. Can someone clarify this for me?
Thanks, and Merry Christmas.
