i entered the jackfish lake derby this year, it's on feb 20th.  If anyone has any info about fishing jackfish lake could you help me out, i have never fished this lake before.

like what kind of fish are in there and if certain baits work better than others, or just use the common jig an minnow combo?

Last year I caught a 3 lb burbot and a 2.5 lb jack in the derby.  There was no walleye or perch caught.  It was a fun time, around 1600-1800 people but it was cold.
