I don't see why not... take the windows out and it's almost identical to my buddy's insulated hunting blind.

I know of people here in CO that use them as a camping tent, just need to put a floor cover down like you would with any open floor tent. If you need heat use what you use in winter. They have vents and windows like a lot of tents.
