Check out the bait shop at the South end of Sodus bay (Bay Bridge Sport Shop), Sodus Bay, NY. I saw one there  two years ago. It was a newer version but about the same thing.

MH you may be getting a call from a buddy of mine. He has to check to see if he can find the one(s) he has. I bought one from him back in the spring. He lives down in Locke.
