does the public get to speak at these meetings? maybe a slot limit on bass not 21" or bigger, I'm just going to start slaying monsters instead of letting them go. 14-16" tastes better than a big one. keep the small ones and release the big ones

These are not public hearings, but we are doing them because we want to communicate with our anglers.  Show up, talk things over with the regional fisheries biologists that will be there!

So you do know that the legal limit for bass statewide on inland waters is 15 inches, right? The only places that have a 21 inch minimums are specifically listed in the guide. For instance, you can keep bass 15 inches or over at Branched Oak, Czechland, Killdeer, Mayberry (just across the road from Burchard), Red Cedar, Redtail, Rockford, Standing Bear, Whitehawk, Wild Plum, and Wolf Wildcat. I listed those, because I've actually caught bass in these lakes.

You can keep up to 5 a day, 10 total.
