Where should I go?
« on: Feb 21, 2008, 04:25 PM »
Hey guys, I am from Idaho and do a ton of hardwater fishing up here.  I am coming down to Utah in a couple of weeks and was wondering if there is any good spots to fish while I am down there.  Thanks and tight lines to all!

I fished Pelican Lake near Vernal this last weekend for the first time and did well on bluegills.

Newton Res. might work for you  , even Bear Lake might have good ice then too . Not knowing what type of fish you prefer . I'm sure you could find some trout .

Mantua.  The water is great and the fishing is HOT HOT HOT.  Bluegill, perch, and if you are lucky, Trout.  I went this past weekend, fished for a few hours and caught a buch of fish, there were 5 of us fishing and I couldn't count how many we got.  But this I do know, we got 2 trout.   :icefish:
