 If you use a number 4 treble hook with two minnow heads and one live minnow on a tip up. You will catch lots of catfish..

Just saying a sz 4 treble with two minnow heads and a live minnow don't mean a thing.  Placement on the bottom on structure, depth, etc would be useful.

Okay place it 1 foot off of bottom in basically any area. Drop offs are the best though.
