Take a look at the Thorne Bros rods, or those from Tuned Up Custom Rods

Jagged tooth tackle seems to have a good selection.
Maybe someday I'll think of something clever to write here...but I doubt it.

Quick side questions before you buy a high end rod... do you have a flasher? Also do you have decent reels? If the answer is no to either I personally think your money is better spent on those.

My old favorite was the St Croix Legend. Still have it, great rod if you’re wanting something with a spring bob. New favorite is my 13 Fishing Widow Maker. Dick’s carries some 13 fishing rods if you wanted to check one out before buying. I agree with shiveringjoe though, if you want to dump some cash into this sport and you don’t have a flasher go with that.

DH perch pounder
Thorne brothers perch sweetheart or bullwhip.
Or a couple of decent rods like Jason Mitchell meatstick's
Beaver dam glass noodle.
If your spending $100.

Just my two cents, but if I was going to spend $100.00 for a new reel and rod for ice fishing, I'd buy the very best reel I could afford with an eye toward using it year-around.  I'd also buy the cheapest rod I could get away with.  There are a lot of decent quality, sensitive and effective ice fishing rods out there below the $20.00 price point.

Just my opinion, but I have a lot of rods and the one I like the best is my 13 24 inch UL widow maker. Great pan fish rod that can handle pike and bass when paired with a decent reel. I use this mostly in 15 fow or less with the 13 descent in line reel. Get a rod you can hold in your hands and feel the action and backbone. You may not have to spend the whole 100 $.

tuned up custom rods:; no reel seats, cheap guides, unfinished cork or foam handles and you get to pay 130$. So many better options out there. Dont fall for the hype.
